   Capacity Analysis and process improvement of Raw material handling system in order to improve unloading and feeding. Reduction in Truck Turnaround Time (TAT) from 16 hrs. to 8 hrs. at Wire Rod Mill using various IE tools i.e. Time Study, 4W1H &Why-Why analysis Reduction of Section changeover time using SMED concept at Bar Mill. Improvements to Green Ball Pellet making operations by showing a clear connection between Different Metrics of 6 Balling Disc with Each Other using six sigma. Study of Mill Downtime hours of BSM in order to improve the available time of Mill. Capacity planning for evacuation & dispatch of 60000 MT/Day Iron ore from SMPL mines to pellet plant Barbil and dispatch to Angul Crane Utilization study of Plate mill by delay analysis using Pareto chart and saving 2 Crane Hrs per shift and saved 30 Sec in 260 more plates handled per shift. Improved the manpower fixed cost by Manpower Study at JSPL Barbil Utilised knowledge of data modelling and statistical analysis to note trends and draw conclusions for Employee Satisfaction Survey, Vehicle Cost, Section Change of Bar Mill using MS Excel & power BI. Daily automated contractual Manpower dashboard & Report using Google Sheet & App script. Training Attendance sheet using QR Code, Google Sheet and dashboard using Tableau. Process Improvement Projects at Bar Mill, Plate Mill, Steel Melting Shop, Blast Furnace, DRI and many more using different mathematical and statistical techniques. Total Quality Management – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 19011:2018 & ISO 50001:2018.
