  • Handling 50 nos. team with daily work distribution and Job allocation. • Making Scope of work (Welding, machining, Coating, Blasting, Gouging, Etc.) and scheduling of JOB/Project.• Manpower allocation based on Job loading and complete the Job on schedule. • Provide resource Planning like material, Manpower and machining facility for repairing.• Estimate the Material (welding electrode/wire) and Provide for execution.• Making Estimate and Actual cost sheet of Job. • Making the fixture for Machining, welding and Coating based on Job profile. • Able to handle and guide Site Jobs like Boiler tube Coating, On site Welding crack repair Job. • Plan and make list of material for Site job execution. • WPS/PQR make for Fabrication Job if required. • For Job quality, doing Pre, stage and Final Inspection. handle third party and customer inspection. • For Job quality, prepare Quality Assurance Plan and taking approval from customer. • For Job quality, Certified/calibrated all quality instrument/machine with approved NABL lab. • For Job quality, maintain all documents based on ISO 9001: 2015. • Having knowledge of Machining (lathe/ VTL/ H boring, Cyl. Grinding) and Dimension importance. • Having Knowledge of Welding (SMAW/ SAW/TIG/FCAW/MIG). • Having Knowledge of Maintenance Welding and Welding Metallurgy. • Having Knowledge of Programming of KUKA ROBOT as per JOB profile (For Coating) • Having knowledge of TC COATING by HVOF process (FST system/ JP 5000). • Having Knowledge of CERAMIC COATING by E+C Castodyne torch. • Having Knowledge of Thermal spray coating (Twin arc Method). • Having Knowledge of SAP, Used SAP for Material procurement, Inventory record. • Having knowledge of ISO, 5S, Quality Circle, why-why analysis.• Analysis of problem/failure and make a procedure for JOB.• Responsible for timely completion of work.• Making Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for routine job. • Coordination with Purchase dept and Execution team.
