Produce work orders and address homeowner account challenges and requests. Provide bi-weekly inspections for use restriction enforcement and follow up relative to owner lots located within communities. Maintain awareness of legislative changes and revisions that affect Associations. Successfully obtained over $50,000 in grant funds for community improvement projects, petitioned and received $6,000 in grant funds to assist homeowner struggling with medical expense financial hardship to pay monthly association assessments.
