       Straw-bale house project in Inner Mongolia and Jilin Province from 2001 to 2004. This project has been granted the “World Habitat Award” by The Building & Social Housing Foundation in the United Kingdom. This project is benefiting more than 300 poor families in rural area. As this project manager, I am very proud of this project.  Quinoa Project Manager in 2001-2002 in Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia  Animal Bank Project Manager from March, 2004 to March 2006.        Representation of MSF Access Campaign in China To develop the strategy of increasing access to essential medicines and health care in China by working together with Access Campaign Regional Coordinator in Paris and technical team in Geneva.  Partnership with National Center for HIV/STD Prevention and Control (NCAIDS) to increasing access to ARVs, successfully we achieved: upgrade National Free ART Guideline; TDF based 1st-line for all naive AIDS patients; phase out d4T; scale-up rapid testing in community level and help in pricing negotiation on key ARVs yearly.  Relationship development and maintenance with interested pharmaceutical companies.  Won governmental (NDRC, National Development and Reform Committee) reward in 2011, submission of “Suggestions from MSF for the 12th Five Years National Development Plan”  Lobby and partnership with CFDA to ensure the quality of ARVs provided by governmental free ART program, as well as eliminate regulatory barriers of access to medicines, specifically:  Lobby SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office) to make affordable generic version available in China by improving regulatory and legal framework. I was involved in: Reestablish relationship and network with UN agencies, International Organizations to lobby China play greater role in international health, such as, China-Africa Health Cooperation, BRICS cooperation, so on and on.
