  Acting as Principal Business Analyst for Group Products, I manage a team of BA's across a portfolio of publications, also in partnership with the FT's parent company, Nikkei. Using Agile, Lean and UX methodologies, I provide analysis for Nikkei Asian Review magazine, from website development to newsroom and commercial workflows and tooling, as well as manage global supplier and stakeholder relationships.Previous projects- Lead BA in the Internal Products Programme, delivering products and tooling to support the global newsroom at FT, including CMS, analytics, charting and video tools- Senior BA on system replatform for B2B and B2C licence and subscription functions- Provided Business Analysis for replatform of ft.com B2C sign-up process- Provided Analysis and Training for Salesforce CRM functions, when Customer Service functions were brought in-houseAlso involved in the recruitment of permanent and contract staff, I have line management and mentoring responsibilities, and am a member of the Senior BA Leadership Team.
