  I am working as a teaching assistant full-time in a primary school in Croydon at present for my placement year, obtaining experience with children in preparation for my future goals of working with children in the psychological profession. My experience over this period of time in classroom management and supporting teachers to deliver educational excellence has equipped me with the tools necessary to contribute positively in the classroom, and has taught me transferable skills that will be of large value in similar environments. I also work alongside another teacher with large-group, small-group, and one-on-one in support sessions with both mainstream and SEN students consistently prioritising the unique needs of each student.
