  Director within the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access Department. During my time I redesigned the limited disability initiative. This included creating and delivering a disability education initiative which included presentations, activities and a new social media campaign. Then, presented this information in a concise and valuable manager to both the team and the client in briefs.Additionally, I mapped out an industry for a member of my team presenting over 200 suitable firms to consider candidates from. I also mapped out the FTSE 300 and each companies respective technology leaders in order for the team to get a better understanding of the movements of leadership in these top firms. Show less
