Appointed by the Governor to the First Statewide Governor's Conference on Youth and Justice in 1995. I am a North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapist, and draw on my years of experience in working in law enforcement and as a Buddhist practitioner to create a safe, respectful container for recovery. Tools include: Swedish massage, neuromuscular massage, deep tissue massage, reiki, cranio-sacral therapy, Physio-Spiritual Etheric Bodywork® (PSEB), Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), Somatic Touch, and guided meditation.
