Developing and revising Evidence Based Training (EBT) and Individual Based Training (IBT) programs for EVA Airways. CAPT, TRI, TRE A-321 Fleet In charge of the entire EVA Airways new pilot training program. Responsible for training over 80 cadet pilots annually. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conduct audit, syllabus and curriculum design, and oversight.
