  My time at Highmark was filled with a diversity of responsibilities. My predominant role was as the project manager for the launch of new survey software that aimed to enhance the customer experience. While managing this project, I also wrote the survey scripts and training documents to support this initiative. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to engage with the very people we served.
