    • Boots UK

      Jan 2015 - Jan 2016
      Customer Assistant

In the winter of 2015, I spent a few months working as a temporary assistant at Boots throughout the busy holiday season; a role that involved constant customer service whilst completing jobs like working on the till, assisting with deliveries and shelf presentation.

    • National Trust

      Jan 2016 - Jan 2016
      Catering Assistant

When working as a catering assistant at Rufford Old Hall, I gained many hospitality and catering skills as my time was spent serving tables in the tea room, making food and drinks in the kitchen, and also cleaning up throughout the day. This enhanced my service quality, attitude under pressure, and helped me gain experience in the food and beverages industry.

    • UpRising Leadership

      Jan 2017 - Jan 2017
      NCS Team Assistant

In July 2017 I worked as a Team Assistant for Uprising, in their NCS scheme. This meant that for two weeks I mentored and supported a group of young adults in their knowledge and skill building experiences. This consisted of a week on a residential PGL trip, and then a week at Staffordshire University; leading sessions for their development and training. I was also there to provide support to these students and deal with any troubling situations that arose.

    • Waddesdon – A Rothschild House & Gardens

      Jan 2018 - Jan 2018
      Work Experience Intern

When undergoing work experience at Waddesdon manor, I was required to primarily assist the curatorial team with the organisation of exhibitions, plus data entry and research for their collections catalogues. I also spent a brief time with the conservation team, helping to care for statues within the grounds of the manor, and producing social media updates for the marketing team.

    • University of Warwick

      Jan 2018 - Jan 2018
      Undergraduate Student Researcher

Toward the end of my second year at University I undertook an Undergraduate Research Scheme with Dr Jenny Alexander, which allowed me to develop many employable skills whilst working as an architectural historian. As Lichfield Cathedral has a rich collection of worked loose stone from the earlier history of the site, my colleagues and I spent time understanding how Gothic Revival restorers respected and developed the work of their medieval predecessors. This enhanced knowledge of the building and contributed to greater understanding of its fabric which can inform future planning of the building and contribute to the greater visitor experience. This experience included the study, documentation and care of historical items and stonework.I was then also required to log all of this experience with Warwick University and create an informative abstract and poster. רוצה לראות פחות

      Jan 2018 - Jan 2019
      Catering Assistant

Whilst studying at the University of Warwick, I worked as a part-time catering assistant at a branch of the Student Union. This helped me to build on my time management and customer service skills in different situations, plus encouraged a strong work ethic due to the fact that I was studying alongside this job.

    • Sports Direct

      Jan 2019 - Jan 2020
      Retail Assistant

I was originally employed as a temporary Christmas assistant for the winter of 2019, however, I was then kept on in January and placed within the USC section of a Sports Direct branch. This meant that I, solely, was responsible for the upkeep of products within USC, the refreshing of seasonal displays and continual monitoring of entering and leaving customers. I, therefore, had to be very aware of situations taking place around me, plus have a keen eye for maintaining a pleasing aesthetic and completing any neccessary tasks without prompting. רוצה לראות פחות
