  In this role, I successfully built multiple Executive homes and Commercial projects for clients of which the total exceeds R200 Mil. I also played a key role in establishing the company’s civil division 12 years ago, which included all types of form work, concrete slabs, storm water channels, and road surfaces. Highlights of my key projects in this role include the following:• New Factory and office block build for leading printing company – (R14 Mil)• Built and oversaw the building of light industrial business park – (R15 Mil)• Oversaw development of storm water system for Basil Read on K29 road at COSMO City – (R8 Mil).• Contributed as maintenance and civil contractor at Hernic Mine from 2007-2009 – (R55 Mil).• Planned and built major road infrastructure on Bakwena N4 roads project – (R12 Mil).• Directed end-to-end development of civil Infrastructure for Ferrochrome Fernaces Chrome Mine – (R150 Mil). • Accomplished construction of 19 houses over 24-months period across UK (and sold for profit to property development group).
