Local manager of CCL's assessment instrument database, a database that includes demographic, preference and leadership data on over 100,000 individual leaders. Designed, conducted and documented research related to CCL’s core program and product offerings.Managed partnerships with researchers from multiple universities. Researcher for the global Senior Executive Research Initiative, which sought to understand the challenges and specific leadership needs of leaders at the most senior levels. Worked to identify similarities and differences in senior executive behavior by industry, sector, and region. Conducted qualitative coding of more than 300 surveys from top executives. Created coding scheme and theoretical framework for navigating leadership challenges. Research Assistant for Legal and Healthcare sectors. Created, maintained and periodically re-tooled a marketing and prospecting approach for the Legal sector. Worked with a team of six to design materials and configure email database.Conducted background research, coded verbatim comments, and organized and analyzed data using Atlas Ti analytical software, NVIVO and Microsoft Excel.
