  I am the supervisor for Dispatch, Quality Assurance and Human Resources. I help with the day to day operations, assisting Dispatch with the scheduling of transports, scheduling of crews and making sure that things run as smoothly as possible. I act as a liaison for outside agencies that would include county EMS, hospitals, Hospice, nursing facilities, customers, billing company and insurance companies. I work with customers and facilities in giving quotes for our services and take payments when needed. I seevice as the Compliance Officer on our Compliance Committee and help to make sure that we transport and handle business in a very compliant manner. I verify insurance for transports. I work very closely with the local hospitals to try and bridge the gap to get patients transported in a timely manner to and from where they need to go. Show less
