  Senior Credit & Collections ManagerDebt Collection & Resolution. I Lead the credit control function ensuring that Credit Control (CC) operates efficiently, supporting the business in maximising cash collections through implementation of standard chasing processes appropriate to types of debt. I ensure the CC team has the correct skillset matched to business needs, coaching mentoring, & training, I monitor & flex the approach for differing debt profiles. Reward Strategy - I am responsible for CC headcount in line with budget & I assist the Director Fin Ops in setting staff budgets.Client Relationship Management, I am the point of contact for Cluster Heads & Business Service Directors for high level cash collection & debt issues. I work with the Practice Managers to optimise query management, resolutions & bad practice escalations. I attend monthly debt reviews with key business stakeholders. Management reporting, budgeting, & financial strategy I drive monthly cash forecasting reporting data to the Director of Fin Ops. Performance I set KPI targets in line with the firm’s strategic vision & measure performance against targets. I review individual and collective team performance, focusing on skills, knowledge and capabilities to ensure the correct skillset is in place to support the business in effective cash collections. Process Improvement I review the effectiveness of the CC collection processes and implement process improvement where required to increase collections across all debt bandings. I lead on debt projects and monitor technology platforms with the potential to drive continuous improvement.Risk Management I review credit risk and oversee credit risk management.I participate in the Fin Man & Fin Ops Management Teams.
