  Moaaz Had the privilege of growing Rology from the idea stage to the growth stage. during his tenure, Moaaz was involved in all the company's activities from Hiring to accounting and from legal to medical QA. -Personally signed new radiologists to the platform and activated them.- Co-deigned and implemented Radiologists' selection, on-boarding, and Activation process with the Chief Medical Officer.- Co-built the Medical operation and QA department with the CMO- Acted as technical and customer support for Rology's clients and then hired, trained, and managed the support department.-Working with the Chief Medical Officer, we built the Medical QA department and set the policies for the department.-Acted as Company accountant and created Invoicing, Expenditure and collecting policiesHired, Trained, and managed the Accounting department.-Managed all the legal matters in the company to ensure legal compliance and IP protection.-Set the Company's hiring process and was involved in all key hires in all departments.
