      I completed a summer internship in 2014. I then graduated early, in December of 2014, and was hired as an assistant to the founder and CEO, Dr. Ann Beatty. Following my acceptance into Graduate School, I was offered an assistantship for the 2015-2016 school year. The job allowed me to learn from a consultant who specializes in C suite consulting and executive leadership development while furthering my education.I helped administer assessments, made coaching cards, created powerpoint presentations, attended client meetings, and assisted in the creation of competency models, performance review forms, and developmental action planning worksheets.
