Acted for the Head of the Treasury in the absence of this person.Achievements:• Accuracy of monthly planning according to parent company methodology was increased from 72% to 100% with reducing of labor effort;• Cases of unreasonable overdue revenue were eliminated;• Implemented the SAP-based invoice control system: budgeting was readjusted, settled the computation of the limit of financial obligations on the business plan basis;• Hired, trained and managed several department employees, 67% of them are still working for the company;• As part of the working group was implemented payment of surplus capital to participants (at the time of implementation there was no information on such experience in Russia), which provides a significant tax saving.
