  I was the regional co-ordinator for a multi centre research trial. This involved promotion, training and recruiting of participants to the trail which looked at computer intelligent software in high risk labour compared to clinician only decision making.

  Project Officer

  I was the lead for volunteering and carers support groups. In 4 years I built up a bank of 30 volunteers who were finalists for a national social care award and winners of a local volunteer team of the year. I also supported groups with governance, training and funding and secured in the region of £100k for a variety of projects including digital inclusion.

  Lecturer

  Health and Social Care lecturer in further education for 42 students studying level 2 and 3 courses. Personal tutor to 17 students aged 16 to 19 years of age.Course manager for Cache health and social care course.

  Community and voluntary sector project manager

  I manage a wide range of projects within the community voluntary sector team to support the health and wellbeing of Portsmouth residents. I deliver training within the community and voluntary sector on a variety of subjects relating to health, social care and community sector support. Currently I am working with HIVE Portsmouth and the poverty strategy team at Portsmouth City council.
