Construction is the industry with the highest GDP in the world at 13% but some of the slowest growth at 1% but today we are short at least 3.2 million homes in America alone. That means the industry cannot grow fast enough to satisfy demand- Material waste alone is around 30%, not including labor waste - The job opening rate hovers around 5-6%, among the highest in the country, with almost 50% of the workforce over the age of 45We have to build better businesses based on the current available technology while also developing new innovative solutions. Our customers are suffering because we have accepted the status quo in construction - if things get more expensive, then raise the prices.
