      Information Management Reporting Team is part of HR Data & Analytics organisation in Shell Business Operations which supports reporting solution to employees and line managers in Shell across businesses. I am responsible to manage stakeholders’ expectation by understanding and clarifying business necessities. Being in the team, requires me to grow analytical skillset in performing daily operations of HR reporting inquiries. It is an obligation to comply with Global Data Privacy Policy and ensuring data accuracy before sharing the information extracted from SAP HR, HR Reporting Tool/Employee Reporting System and Workday platform. Focal points of HR Country Operations Advisor in providing guidelines for reporting purposes based on their roles and authorisations. Support the Reporting Team Lead to weave the reporting governance into Workday Support Model.
