  Inventory Control Manager

  Responsible for proper accounting of all hands on inventory as well as maintaining accurate accounting of incoming and outgoing inventory. Daily projection reports for upper management to review weekly, monthly and yearly sales summaries and profit and loss reports. The reports I have created to give us a better understanding of what category of inventory is generally our biggest concern or our most expensive parts accountability. This way we can concentrate on finding out how the error was made more quickly and effectively. When the numbers are off from the prior month we know to double check for data entry errors or accountability of employee receiving said parts, or sold inventory and this cuts down the profit loss errors more accurately and in a timely manner. More effectively I can track down the PO's, RO's to determine who made the request, data entry error, sale, technician responsible, or returned to stock in half the time as before. I have over 30 technician, 15 parts distributors in house, over 50 vendors, counter sales and local dealerships and mechanic/body shops that we provide parts sales service to.
