      During my current role I was required to train and brief staff joining the team as well as reviewing their work, conducting S. 19 interviews and reconciliation of all evidence produced under the statutory notices served. I have been assigned to draft memoranda instructing Senior Lawyers and Counsel on issues that arose throughout the matter and issues concerning the elaboration of the Statement of Claim. Once the investigation phase was concluded and legal action taken, I became part of the litigation team conducting case management of the matter. As a result I have experienced compliance with statutory notices issued by the regulator as well as improvement in my knowledge to investigative strategies and procedures. Show less As part of ASIC’s largest investigation regarding market misconduct, my team and I had a duty to provide support to Senior Investigators and Senior Lawyers construing case theory for the matter. My role in the support team had me responsible for the analysis of documents and audio recordings for relevance as well as performing legal research for issues as they arose through the investigation. I was also responsible, through creating files of evidence regarding persons of interest, to provide support in relation to the S. 19 interviews conducted and later draft summaries highlighting the relevant information provided. As a result, I have gained knowledge of Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act, solid knowledge of financial products traded through the OTC markets as well as skills necessary to be part of a high profile investigation.
