During holiday weekends and throughout the summer I assisted the activities staff in organizing craft workshops for up to thirty children, and managing themed weekends.

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of my students I created a bond with each of them. This bond allowed me to teach them intimidating skills, while getting a unique sense of their strengths and weakness. With their abilities in mind I customized lesson plans for each student.
