I maintained the Confidential Informant files and disseminated useful information accordingly. I served as the Intelligence Officer for three years with the department and had control over the classification and distribution of selected intel.

  I serve as a direct manager for a mix of thirteen hourly and salaried employees in key markets such as Atlanta, Tampa, and Jacksonville. I am also responsible for overseeing 80 security vendor partners. Among my most important duties, I support my subordinates in their investigative work and review all reports that are prepared for our Legal team. Working closely with my investigators, I ensure my team is current on training which keeps us ahead of external and internal threats. I require my team to be vigilant through frequent unannounced audits on our operations partners to ensure compliance with our corporate security plan. I’m responsible for training my investigators and Corporation management on active threat response. In addition to this training, we also include workplace violence prevention teams to assess threats to the company. I travel domestically and internationally to lead tabletop exercises for active threat response and business continuity management. I have extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams focused on target hardening and crisis management. Show less I investigated all breaches of conduct and criminal activity that affected our brand. These issues mainly involved internal theft, workplace violence, and aviation security protocols. I was assigned to Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson airport and regularly met with TSA, FAA, and, DHS. These meetings were valuable in gaining support from federal agencies on topics that affected FedEx.
