The first being supply chain, logistics related, having title, Establish a mechanism for accurate 3rd party stock transfer from Tasty Bite. Implement effective identification and tracking.The other project was on Optimising the batch size of top 20% SKU.The experience of handling these real time problem and providing solutions which were implemented on line was surreal.
