  Met veel plezier en enthousiasme bedenk & ontwikkel ik campagnes voor de zakelijke doelgroep (MKB segment). Voorbeelden van producties die ik (mede) ontwikkeld heb, zijn: de Working Apart Together campagne (2020), de Business Break podcast (samenwerking Business Insider) (2021), de Out of Office podcast (samenwerking BNR) (2021) & de Veilig Hybride werken campagne (2021). Als manager van drie trainees (roulerend elke 1.5 jaar) binnen B2B coach ik hen op individuele groei en ontwikkeling binnen hun opdracht(en) en de organisatie VodafoneZiggo. Als Scrum Master van het team binnen B2B (MKB) zorg ik ervoor dat het team optimaal kan presteren en continu blijft groeien. Dit doe ik door de juiste vragen te stellen, belangrijke gesprekken en sessies voor samenwerken te faciliteren en een open cultuur (met continue feedback) te realiseren.
