  Heading 2 teams within Estate Agency for Countrywide; Quality and Analytics.Within 12 months our Quality Team at the Sales Support Centre went through a comprehensive restructure and together rolled out a complete revision of our Quality Management Framework.Our analytics team continues to build on software I originally developed and it now serves insight to 3000+ users. The downstream link to the Finance department has brought great benefits in both speed and accuracy. The task management system built in house now includes ASH, shrinkage and productivity and it is a crucial tool within our Contact Centre and Sales Support Centre.Quality and Analytics working together are providing insight to customer and employee behaviour to all levels on management within Countrywide.
