To achieve that two research methods were employed: (i) the semi-structured interviews (20 interviews: 2 groups: insiders and outsider interviewees; and (ii) a questionnaire survey include 45 questionnaires collected from 45 firms operate in 5 economic sectors with different size and ownership patterns.
