      I led the Small Business Department, overseeing a team of 12 with nearly 200 clients. Under my management, the department experienced consistent year-over-year growth, achieving the highest revenue the Small Business team has ever generated. Additionally, I was responsible for developing proposals and supervising accounts within the department. I successfully built strong client relationships while also acting as a liaison between the development team and the clients. I was in charge of the Small Business department, where I managed client maintenance, addressed small project requests, and developed proposals while scoping projects. My role primarily revolved around fostering client relationships and acting as a bridge between my team and our clients. Additionally, I was the New Business Account Executive for all incoming Small Business clients. In my role within the Client Services Department, I managed client maintenance requests while also scheduling and overseeing long-term projects. My primary focus was to foster strong client relationships and act as a bridge between our internal production team and the client.
