  Decision maker and advicer. Work in support and collaboration with the country programme manager and the country director. Focus on planning and implementing strategic plans for education systems in Sudan at both Federal Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Pushing and supporting networking with MOE helped to approach the 18 states through cluster coordinators.I started to pave ways towards digital learning and find alternatives to facilitate online/blended teacher training workshops at the basic level in 18 states. Collaborate with and support other international and national programmes/projects and link them with education systems in Sudan such as English Connects and the Digital platform.Support MOE and MOHESR in curriculum development.Transformation to online/blended learning to cover various activities such as teacher self learning,CPD,IVR, English Clubs and teacher training sessions is among the top priorities of EES in Sudan.Programme partnerships,connections with global experts/ consultants were also among EES priorities. EES Project Board helped and assisted EES team to approach its goals and objectives and to be in alignment with the country programmes and the British Council aims and objectives too. عرض أقل
