  Within this role I was able to strengthen my communication skills through being in frequent contact with multiple partners throughout the business as well as externally. Another of my responsibilities within this role was to complete daily administrative tasks including answering emails, taking conference calls and updating databases. I was also been able to assist in the creation and management of social media accounts, building a humble following of 250, scheduling content using Hootsuite and creating content in the forms of written, digital and graphic creation. I also provided regular statistics reporting to track growth, seeing an increase of 119% in post reach and 46% in post engagement on Facebook, and 23.8k impressions up by 92.4% on Twitter. Show less
