  Mark has continued to prove himself to be successful delivering significant programmes work at both corporate and subsidiary level. He remained an active member of the Professional Services Management Team that own and develop the Personal Loan business and technology strategy for the Nationwide Group using internal and external resources and solutions. Mark was responsible for the identification and introduction of new and emerging technologies and system exploitation using a dedicated team of technology specialists. In a previous role, Mark managed the hardware and network services department covering 25 business locations. He had responsibility for the development and improvement of the IT infrastructure to support aggressive business targets and created and managed a team of five technicians.

Mark was responsible for managing the UK Insurance Programme Management. Deliverables planned include a Branch Scanning solution, Strategic MI Data Warehouse, Secure outbound email and a series of Lloyds Banking Group services to interact with Customer and Product data.

  Working within the Global Standards AML Software Delivery team and reporting to the Global Head of anti-money laundering IT delivered Oracle FCCM / Mantas V8 Transaction Monitoring solution for HK Correspondent Banking business in June 2017. Responsible for the AML Hortonworks Hadoop big data factory to support the current and future regulatory needs of the Group. This solution provides the basis for big data analyticsand transformation capabilities for AML systems. Working within the Global Software Delivery team for Anti Money Laundering (AML SWD) responsible for a Programme of key technology delivery including a global Hadoop Big Data solution to support current and future Financial Crime and Compliance systems and the introduction of Oracle FCCM V8 (formally Mantas).
