My responsibility was to ensure that Elite Construcciones was working to the standard procedures and policies set out by its clients such as Marathon E.G. Production Ltd., EG LNG Holdings Ltd., Atlantic Methanol Production Co., Noble Energy Inc., Hess Co. and to oversee all health, safety and environmental issues associated with Elite Construcciones S.L. on this project.   I am currently employed as Health & Safety Inspector under Gulf Engineering & Industrial Consultancy, seconded to Qatar Free Zones in Umm Al Houl as the Senior HSE Engineer for this 32 square kilometers free zone with 1.6 square kilometers serviced plots. My role is to oversee all the construction projects inside the zone and ensure work activities being carried out is compliant to Qatar's legislation and QFZA's HSE requirements in accordance to the agreed contract.
