  -Worked directly with the organization Executive Director.-Simultaneous study and experiential learning of macro concepts for ethically serving vulnerable demographics and seeing sustainable, longterm, holistic community transformation.-Anti-human trafficking approach primarily focused on prevention and education. Key tenant of the organization's engagement strategy was holistic health education.-Became certified in the Community Health Education model of community development. -Conducted a survey of NGOs and organizations working in Siem Reap to understand the landscape of services. Used data to identify established experts, aligned partners, and gaps in services. -Co-managed a community center in a target neighborhood identified and operated by our local NGO. Built cross-cultural relationships to learn the needs of the community and develop authentic partnerships. Focused on asset-based community development. -Trained local leaders with programs that built resilience, equity, and empowered.
