  JOB CONTENT: 1) Responsible for new development for domestic and foreign markets based on Pro/E, AutoCAD, etc. In charge of engineering trail run and mass production. Evaluate mold quality. Standardize special design product to improve efficiency. Prepare product deliverable documents.2) Be responsible for product test and certification. Proposal solutions to quality issue from customer complain.3) Understand application of product. Chose different electric equipment and monitor devices to fit the customer’s requirement. 4) As a mentor, train new employee, project and sales engineer, workers. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:1) Lead a QVE project. As the only one design engineer, I was responsible for almost whole work of this project. Saved about 2 million per year. (2015.06-2016.02)2) Responsible for a Standardization project. Standardize origin special design products to reduce order cycle time and raise efficiency. (2014.12-2015.04)3) Lead a Wireless Monitoring System project. Completed development work of wireless equipment and finish manufacturing process, product training. In this project, we replaced Modbus protocol which was existed in our equipment with ZigBee. Achieved wireless remote monitor with lower cost. This project was rewarded SILVER AWARD of power BU (2014.08-2015.05)4) Redesigned a new product for Southeast Asian market. Compared to the origin design, the new one’s cost was reduced about 20%. Lead them to improve quality consciousness of mechanical part.
