      My role at Le Talbooth as a restaurant server was conducted in fast paced environment, and demanded high levels of concentration and constant attention to detail for long shifts.Through this role I: Developed a good attention to detail, which was demanded of me when setting up events. Bettered my ability to interact with diners in a professional manner to reflect the Milsoms brand; this differed greatly to guest interaction in my job at a pub, which was more informal in nature, therefore showing my adaptability across various roles. Worked as part of a team to efficiently set up events, serve diners and work alongside the kitchen team to ensure events ran smoothly. Learnt to take direction effectively; being my first job in this type of environment, I experienced a steep learning curve as I was thrown in at the deep end and was forced to learn quickly.
