      Oversee the total operation of one of the largest Dragline Quarry/Mine in Florida that meets or exceeds specifications required for the production of cement products in Alabama and aggregate for local market. I manage six unit functions which are Safety, Office Administration, Production, Maintenance, Dragline Operation, and Barge Shipment Logistics. I demonstrate a commitment to communication, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments. Adhere to meeting all government safety agencies including MSHA. Total production of limestone quarry and waste of 2MM Tons. In addition, I manage an aggregate operation of yearly production of about 1MM tons for sale. The limestone quarry which allows barge shipment on the Gulf Coast to Alabama cement plant consist of more than 5-miles of conveyor belt system, a primary crusher, secondary crusher with multiple deck screen system, reclaimer unit, stacker unit for dock staging stockpiles and barge loading unit. The second operation (second unit) which is an aggregate operation has multiple screening units for different products for sale to the local markets. Total budget of overall operation is more than $20 million which includes barge cost. Manage more than $5 million of Capex project for the site which required project evaluation and project management. Good working knowledge of material handling, budgeting, financial projections, financial statement analysis, P/L analysis, project valuation/completion, and operational KPI’s. The manufactured brine feeds three production plants at a pumping rate of 20,000 gpm. The operation runs on a DCS systems, pipelines network, pumps, heat exchangers and fully potable water treatment system.
