      As Dr. Melissa Witkow's lab manager for the Willamette Peer Lab, my duties along with managing many parts of the research process included: -Collaborating with a local high school-Organizing and implementing a coding system for the quantitative data that has already been collected-Assisting in planning and organizing for the next wave of data collection in the spring-Entering and analyzing the data -Facilitation of the next round of data collection I completed my senior internship as lab manager for the Willamette Peer Lab. During my internship, it was my responsibility to help lead weekly lab meetings, enter data, and train research assistants. I began working for this lab once I met my 168 hour requirement for the internship.
