As a Dell Young Leader, I am actively engaging in this program to realize my potential.

  This committee manages the residence's financial portfolio. Some major tasks involve drawing up an annual budget and presenting semi-annual financial reports. They job entails the following duties:-Administering meal count reconciliation within a residence. -Issuing and packing of meal cards during meal times.-Ensuring that the rules of the dinning hall are adhered to by the students. The Residence Mentorship Program aims to assist students to cope well with the challenges that come with being at university. Mentors act as the first port of call of emotional, personal or academic-related issues. Mentors constantly check up on the students within the residence and build trusting relationships with them. As a senior mentor, you further on manage a particular floor within the residence and administer floor meetings, hygiene and many other issues concerning the floor.
