      Responsibilities• Overall responsibility for achieving area sales objectives, forecasting requirements and initiating area-marketing strategies for 10 retail photography concessions within Mothercare stores. • Mentoring and developing managers on a one to one level and also conducting regular area conferences/meetings for business updates and support. • Providing effective performance management to 40 staff, including reviewing and setting objectives through action planning.• Full P+L responsibility for an area with a £1.6million budget.• Motivating and driving acquisition results through implementing games and introducing a staff incentive reward system.• Ensuring all studios have the highest customer service skills, by implementing and maintaining a strong customer service philosophy throughout the area.Key Achievements• As a consequence of outstanding performance in previous area roles, I was then asked to take over a new North area consisting of 10 studios, 6 of which were underperforming and loss making, successfully returning them to profit after 3 months.• Maximizing profit by increasing area’s average customer spend by +16% on the previous year, through implementing new sales techniques, re-training existing staff and re-evaluating our customer experience to deliver the highest possible customer service.• Improved profit on the previous year by +109%. • Making changes to the marketing and acquisition of our customers, such as the use of social media, different techniques to canvass and new locations to promote.• Making improvements on the 6 loss making studios’ sales performance compared to last year by +11%. Show less • Promoted to Regional Trainer in September of 2013 after leading one of the top 5 studios in the company.• Played a key role in training new starters for the whole company, running training seminars to groups of up to 15 staff.
