  As the manager and only employee I not only run the day-to-day business helping customers, taking orders, preparing orders, and opening and closing the cafe; I also do all of the food and beverage ordering through US Foods and Coca-Cola. I create the menu and any specials. I complete inventory and purchase summary paperwork and do my best to keep costs down and revenue up. This is a slower paced job but allows a lot of creativity and self-motivation!
