  Baan ERP Help Desk: Head of Baan ERP system handling single point of contact for all support issues. In this role coordinated with functional champions, IT team and Baan global support to achieve uptime, upgrade and customer satisfaction. In this role has amassed considerable ERP knowledge on overall functionality. Baan ERP Implementation: Member of Task Force to implement Baan IV ERP in organization. One of the pioneering ERP project in the country in the year 2001. Handled overall IT coordination, support of Process Manufacturing and Distribution module support. Successfully integrated Baan ERP with legacy application in client/server environment by connecting at DB level to ERP application achieving seamless integration. Planned the phased implementation resulting in better utilization of resources and better quality of implementation taking legacy application into Baan in two stages. Further successfully right-sized manpower in IT to take care of attrition issues. Fixed Asset BaaN ERP Modules : Fixed assets are completely developed in the Baan ERP which is look like standard modules and attached with original menu .in the ERP.Costing System in BaaN : User friendly costing system(fixed cost and variable cost) was developed with the help of finance section. The original data are coming from other baan modules and behaves like standard modules.Vendor prequalification, inventory control with 7 major group wise, non-moving items are the different major contributions during my tenure at HNLIn 1999 – Bar coding and Despatch System - A application running on Unix/Ingres 6.4, which takes care of the product data capture, direct- machine interface, barcode generation/printing, quality control update, product stock accounting, location management using laser scanners, despatch/invoicing using laser scanners, debtors accounting, and MIS reports.
