  I Worked for Suvidha Engineers from Nov 2011 to June 2013 for the Projects B1X block & Warehouse in Biocon Biopharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd & Large Volume Manufacturing Plant in APOTEX.  First step was to know the concept of HVAC system- Do’s & Don’t Do’s, Objective, Requirement and Applications. Comparison of Drawings as per the Installation and noting down the Snag points based on the drawing. Preparation of Qualification Protocol such as Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification & Performance Qualification. Discussing with the client regarding approval of the Qualification Protocol Documents. Preparation of Documents based on Approved Protocol and Executing Design, Installation, Operation & Performance Activities.  Carried out Validation activities like Temperature & Relative Humidity mapping, Air Balancing, Pressure Balancing, Integrity Testing of Installed HEPA filters, Particle Count Test and Recovery Test. Preparation of As-Built Drawings after Installation Qualification. Got the Appreciation from the Client & Higher Authorities of our company after Successful Completion of Biocon B1X Block & Warehouse project. Also worked for Biocon Research Centre & Biocon-API Projects, My major Role in this project is To cross check Heat Load Calculation, Pipe size and Duct Size. To send Purchase orders for Sub Contractors & Suppliers. To order the Material required for Installation.To take part in Installation-AHU’s, Ducting, Piping, Split units and Commissioning activities.   My Roles and Responsibilities are To prepare schedule and to execute the work as per plan. Arranging the materials for execution based on Area clearance and shop drawings. To take up quantities of Pipes, Pipe fittings, valves, Dampers and Access Door. To prepare sketches and order Ducts as per approved shop Drawing. Follow up for the materials from concerned suppliers. To raise material inspection, Arranging Test certificates and Origin Certificates of concerned material for Inspection. Co-ordination with the Site Supervision consultant at the time of Inspection. To check approved Shop Drawings and Co-ordination Drawings before Handing over for Execution.  To execute Duct works, Pipe Works in High Level as well as in Risers and to take part in FCU’s and AHU’s Installation. To raise work Inspection for Installed works and coordinating with consultants regarding executed the work. To take part in Builders Work Sleeve and Box installation for passing MEP services and to inspect those openings as per the drawing. First task was to take part in Mock up Installation, to Execute Mock up work and successfully completed with Client Approval. To take part in Execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical Installation activities. Carried out ESP calculation for AHU’s and FCU. Also done Pump Head calculations. Playing a major role as a member in LEED Execution Team for the company in this project. As this project execution is based on BIM, also have quite knowledge of BIM (Rivet).
