QR Code Project Improvement: I spearheaded the Loyalty Dulux Project, aiming to boost the activation rate from 57% to an impressive 97%.2. Pallet Visual Management: I implemented measures to reduce downtime caused by pallets getting stuck in robots, decreasing the average downtime from 2.1 hours to 0.7 hours. This involved creating home pallets, implementing visual management controls in the production and inbound areas, standardizing pallet heights, and providing precise drawings to suppliers.3. Regional Project for Powder Capacity Modeling: I participated in a regional project focused on reviewing powder capacity modeling for South and North Asia. This project emphasized aspects like material loss, machine utilization, OEE, quality performance, and batch size.4. Active Participation in the Salus Project: I actively engaged in various aspects of the Salus Project, including Process Safety Fundamentals, Earth Day initiatives, and Management of Change Organization training.5. Mario Bros Project for Filling Line Restoration: I played a pivotal role in the Mario Bros Project, which aimed to enhance the reliability of machines and increase OEE in the Deco department, leading to an overall increase in OEE from 39.7% to 61%.6. Fix It Myself Equipment: I worked on aligning communication and knowledge between the production and engineering departments by creating Standard Work Sheets for basic equipment repairs.7. Flying Garuda by ILD Restoration and De-bottlenecking Process: I led the effort to repair worn-out ILD equipment and expand capacity by an additional 7.2 batches per day. My primary focus during this period included:1. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the engineering department's overview, which involved delving into the organizational structure to comprehend each team's workload and their respective roles and responsibilities.2. Active involvement in HSE SAQ audits, primarily focusing on Process Safety procedures, Management of Change reviews, and the collection of engineering evidence.3. Participation in Tier 1 engineering meetings to gain insights into how work orders are scheduled and executed on a daily basis.4. Engaging in benchmarking activities related to energy management during shutdowns, with the aim of implementing strategies to reduce the site's energy index.5. Maintaining and learning about repair and maintenance costs and strategies.6. Initiating problem-solving efforts to address recurring issues. Intermediate Scheduling Planning: I worked on enhancing scheduling visibility and successfully raised ATP targets from 87.1% to 97.5%.2. Safety Board: I implemented safety timeouts and actions to heighten employee awareness within the factory.3. Quality Complaint Management: I addressed quality complaints related to broken tubes by introducing a new One Point Lesson on tube arrangement in boxes and promptly sending QN (Quality Notification) to the supplier.4. Regional RCCP Reporting: I designed a new template for collecting RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) data from South and North Asia on a monthly basis, streamlining regional reporting.5. OEE Accelerator Program in the Hardener Line: I played a pivotal role in standardizing the centerline, reducing setup times, implementing visual management for cleaning processes, and overseeing equipment repairs and replacements.
