  As the City Head I was responsible for the overall program implementation of two year City Fellowship program on School Leadership for Principals of budget private schools and government residential schools run by the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
