Show less Schlumberger Integrated Workshop Project.The scope of work included engineering, procurement & construction of reinforced concrete structures and steel structures for both workshops and high quality finished administrative buildings with international standards, starting from the excavation phase and ending by the finishing & commissioning phases in a Lump-sum - Turnkey contract between Hassan Allam Construction as a main contractor and Schlumberger Oil Field Services Company – EPC FIDIC Silver Book Contract.▪ Contributed in project schedule updates, reporting.▪ Produced & followed project control action plans as there was a large number of sub-contractors working simultaneously in the project in fast track.▪ Contributed in a delay analysis for extension of time claim using 2 different analysis techniques: time impact & impacted as planned techniques. Project’s Employer is National Authority of Tunnels where a consortium between Alstom and a JV of Orascom Construction & Arab Contractors is the Project’s Contractor, and HILL International as the Client’s Representative.▪ Application of delay analysis for extension of time using Window analysis technique.▪ Baseline schedule creation, schedule updates.▪ Project control tasks such as: action plans, recovery schedules, and control sheets, specially for achieving a critical milestone for the First Train Movement.▪ Reporting Tasks: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports are issued in an efficient format and selective information to be most useful for project management’s decision making.▪ Exposure to a diverse community & working effectively with 5 different nationalities/cultures is a great acquired skill.
