  - Assisting Mr Kamal Shah, Co-Founder of NephroPlus on various existing and new initiatives- Worked with IFC (International Finance Corporation, a fully owned subsidiary of World Bank and a key investor in NephroPlus) on various projects- Worked on Profitability sheets ratification for pan India centers- Worked closely with Dr Suresh Shankar (One of India's top Nephrologists and also our board member) on various clinical analysis- Responsible for automating AR process for calculation of both hospitals and nephrologists payouts using ERP (MS Dynamic AX)- Part of the team responsible for digitising the case sheets (No more physical entries of data)- Responsible for implementing dashboard for Bihar govt to track the number of sessions, dropped guests, acquired guests for all the Bihar PPP centers- Responsible for launching our very own NephroPlus mobile app for both our guests and Nephrologists.
