My duties all these years included roster preparation and follow up, line checks on cabin crew, cabin services manual preparation, menu selection, customer care, food hygiene and cabin services Instructor as well as member of recruitment committee.

  Responsible for cabin crew recruitment, training, uniforms, aircraft dressing , catering, safety and service manuals. Airline set up as a whole from ideas on paper to take off six months later. A very rewarding experience to see an airline been shaped from scratch; a very nice feeling of achievement to see the first flight taking off.
