Promoted in 2005 to HR Director and then to V.P. Human Resources in 2006 in conjunction with the agency's newly adopted strategic plan. The organization operated 45 clubhouses statewide, Alaska's largest licensed daycare center, and youth recreational sports programs. It employed 180-220 personnel and several hundred volunteers annually, and partnered with multiple non-profit organizations, local government and tribal entities throughout Alaska.
